At Maemes, we accept Visa, Mastercard and other major credit cards. We also have an online store where you can choose to make your purchase with any of these methods or our app- all available 24/7!
When you order food from us, it is the finalization of your agreement with us. You agree that if someone else has purchased on behalf of you, they acted as your agent.
The order confirmation is the record of our agreement to deliver your products. If someone else has ordered on my behalf, I agree that they acted as an agent. Amendments can be made no later than 30 minutes before we are set to arrive at your home or business address - and if there's any changes in store for delivery time just reach out!
The delivery time for your order can be changed up to 30 minutes before the quoted delivery time begins. Any amendments must be made by contacting our relevant store directly, but they may result in cancellation of your original payment and new orders being initiated.
The time is running out. If you need your order delivered on-time, please mention it when placing the order and we will do our best to accommodate this request. Cancellations made up to 30 minutes before start of allocated delivery time are subject to a full charge as well.
All of our products are carefully monitored to ensure that they meet the highest quality standards, but some factors may be out of our control. If you have any food allergies or sensitivities please feel free to ask a member of staff for an allergen sheet and consult it before ordering anything on the menu!
Allergens in particular can sometimes pose problems when preparing your meal because we never know if there will be cross contamination with something like nuts which contain peanuts (or other allergens) - even though we take great care not too. Please don't hesitate to get information from us about what ingredients might cause upset beforehand so you can make sure everything is as allergy-friendly as possible
We aim to provide you a prompt home delivery service but sometimes it is not possible due to factors beyond our control. For example, when the weather conditions are bad or road closures occur near your area, we cannot deliver orders in 30 minutes time. We can ensure that these happenings will be communicated with you as soon as they arise so there's no need for worry!
